Must I Supply Cleaning Products and Equipment?
Absolutely not. There’s no obligation for you to furnish NeatNikks Cleaning and Maintenance’s team with cleaning products or equipment. Our skilled team employs top-tier professional tools and supplies to ensure the utmost effectiveness of our service. Naturally, if you opt for us to use specific products of your preference, kindly inform us ahead of time, and we’ll be more than accommodating. Prioritizing customer satisfaction remains one of our paramount principles.
How Do I Cancel an Appointment?
Just give us a call three business days before your appointment and we will work with you to find a time that is more convenient.
Do I Have to be There at the Time of my Appointment?
Not at all. Most of our clients prefer to leave us alone to clean so that they can come home or come in to work to an expertly cleaned space. After all, is not one of the biggest perks of acquiring professional cleaning services is that you can spend the time you would be cleaning on other things?
Do You Send the Same Person Every Time?
We try to because continuity makes for more consistent service. However, sometimes life gets in the way. If the cleaner(s) that typically works on your property is not available, another member of our fully licensed and insured team will arrive at the agreed-upon time and provide the same high level of service you have come to expect from NeatNikks Cleaning and Maintenance.
What if something was missed or not cleaned during the professional cleaning services?
Please call us within 36 hours if something was missed. We take pride in our work and if we miss something, please let us know so that we can correct that oversight as quickly as possible. All of our cleaning service charges are final, we do not offer refunds on services that have been provided. We guarantee our service and will return to correct the mistake at no additional charge.
